Easy to use

I sharpened an old 4" paring knife with the Chef's Choice knife sharpener and it works great! The knife hadn't been sharpened in over 20 years and was dull. It only took a few minutes and was easy to do. Now it's like a new knife.

Magic easy effective knife sharpener

This inexpensive knife sharpener is magic. I thought my knives were sharp enough before. Ha! Now they work better than ever. I can slice very thin slices of onions and other foods. It’s easy to use and takes up very little space.
