electric knife

It's a nice knife but was advertised as having 4 blades. It only came with two. The delivery was terrible, the arrival date kept changing. On the confirmation it said it would arrive "tomorrow", the next day it said it arrived "yesterday". Then we got another notice that it would arrive on the 12th, on the 12th it said it would come on the 17th. It arrived on the 16th. Taking 13 days to get here is not good service.
