One of the oldest and simplest of weaving constructions, Chilewich's four-over-four Basketweave has become the most important vehicle for expressing our unique color point of view from deep earth tones and shades of metal to our distinctive interpretation of brights. Basketweave continues to be the foundation for our expanding collection of textures. Made with TerraStrand and Microban. Backed with flexible, slip-resistant latex and finished with self-bound edges.

Need bigger size

I love this rug for my entry. Unfortunately I bought too small a size. I returned and will buy a bigger size. Quality and color were good. Chile such products do stand the rest of time as I have a different rug and placements for many years.

Great entrance rug

Love these rugs. Have one by the front door and a longer one by the sink/stove. Not too thick and stays put. Also easy to clean.

Snazzy kitchen rug

The rug I purchased is a replacement one for a Chilewich kitchen rug I previously bought. The original rug was also purchased from Bloomingdale’s. Over time, the bottom of that rug disintegrated and left part of the backing on the kitchen floor. This became a significant problem over time. I am hoping that the replacement does not have the same problem.

Entry-perfect Mat

Very attractive alternative to an entry mat. A wipe-clean surface is so much more desirable than a pile rug which collects soil.

Chilewich Rug - Beautiful Rug and Easy to Clean

I purchased two Chilewich to go into my bathroom however, I needed to return them as the color was not right - I purchased grey but decided I needed black. I do have three other Chilewich rugs in my home and love them. Very, very easy to clean with just a simple cloth and soap and water. I wish that the rugs had worked out but I hope to purchase the color I need as I love Chilewich rugs.
