Wrong item shipped

Imagine my disappointment when the wrong item was sent. The turtleneck version of the sweater was sent instead of the crewneck version and it was intended to be a Christmas present which now it’s not because I cannot get a replacement in time as it was shipped by a third-party Versus Macy’s. When you buy it with a third-party, it means that Macy’s won’t reimburse you for it even though you used a Macy’s gift card on it and you have to wait till it gets shipped back to the third-party vendor before even getting reimbursed. In addition to that, it means that you have to shell out more money to get the item that you were really supposed to be sent. I am so disappointed.
