Cute But Not a Good Fit

Sort of dismayed. The boots looked so cute on the website and when they arrived they also looked cute. But when I tried them on, they were so heavy and clumsy on my feet. I wear a size 9 and my feet were sliding inside the boots even with socks on and I knew they were the correct size because I could feel my toe near the front edge of the boot. Maybe because I am not used to wearing rain boots? Or is the Chooka brand made with heavy rubber? I have narrow feet, could that be the reason? I don't know why exactly, but they do not feel right on my feet and I cannot tell the reason why. Maybe in a few days I will get used to the feel or maybe I will return them, I haven't decided yet. I'm so sad.
