Double whammy

My son wanted to get me one of the offers but very disappointed that I was not given a "selection as advertised in mailer and online." I ended up with an automated selection of ugly eye shadows that I will never wear and old lady creams. So much for "select" your color or choice. I know things sell out but having a degree in merchandising the company should know what sells and what is rejected. Flat pale glitter colors or eye sore blue are not attractive so there you have it.
