Zipper Already Failing

I've only had this for a few months, placed on a pillow that we BARELY use. I washed the pair before I put it on my 26x26 pillow, and I changed from one case to another about 2 weeks ago, and haven't used it until yesterday. When I went to pick up the pillow, I noticed that the zipper was open, and kept splitting open as I tried to close it. These are very cheap, but unfortunately, for square pillows, there aren't many choices.

Very poor quality

I ordered 2 packages of the Euro size pillow protectors by Circleshome. The first one out of the package had the zipper detached from the fabric. When I zipped the second one for the first time, the metal tab detached from the zipper completely. This was before I put it on the pillow so there was no extra stress put on the zipper. Obviously these products are made very poorly and I am returning both packages to Macys. I called Circleshome which is part of Right Choice Bedding. They referred me to Maureen at another number with no voicemail.
