Darling Good Fit
I need a snug fit with arch support, and to feel really grounded when walking. These are snug and I feel secure and supported. I'd like a bit more arch support, but for the price, and style, these are perfect. They are so cute and comfortable that I wish they came with a higher furry cuff. That would be the best boot! I'm a 9.5 and got a size 9.5, and I try for a narrow fit. And, I am fine with not being a "10!" :)

Cute, comfortable, supportive.
I recently purchased this bootie in both the black and ivory colors. I don't usually wear a boot like this; but, am recovering from a broken foot & needed something with no heel that was also supportive. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe & wear nylon trouser socks with them. Since I knew I wanted to wear a thicker sock with this bootie, I bought the size 9 instead & it fits perfect. My feet are slightly narrow. Because this bootie laces up, I think it will fit from my narrow foot to someone with a slightly wider foot. If you need a wide bootie, this is not the shoe for you. The style of this shoe is extremely flattering. My feet look small in these. That never happens for me. I had these on for 12 hours the second time I wore them & never felt uncomfortable. I think the sole will provide decent traction once winter really gets here & there's snow & ice on the driveway & in parking lots. I can't risk slipping which is another reason I wanted this shoe. The lug sole is great. I have gotten compliments every time I've worn these. I was lucky enough to snag them at a special price. But, these are worth buying even at the full price. I scuffed up the front of the black pair once. It wasn't anything major. But, I gave them a quick touch of black shoe polish & they looked perfect again. The part that goes under the laces is a fleece material. So, I don't think I would recommend these if you are going out to shovel as they won't be waterproof there. I happen to be 59 years old. My daughters are in their 30s & they really liked this boot too. These can be worn by women of any age.

Beautiful, very comfortable, warm, POORLY construc
Initially I bought a pair for myself and was so impressed with the rich stylish look and roominess providing comfort and warmth even with thick socks that I ordered 4 other pairs for family members. I generally buy 11 1/2 or11W to accommodate a bunion . The 11 was perfect. UNFORTUNATELY,1 by 1 3 nieces called and told me that the eyelet that holds the shoe string popped off. Boots worn since December. I am debating whether To be proactive and return the last two. We are very upset because we all love the style and fit.
