Need feedback!

Absolutely loves these boots! However, what can be done to break in the shaft of the boot? They are so stiff! I refuse to return! I purchased in the cream and I am dying to wear! Please give some advice…

Very comfortable!

These boots are very comfortable and fit true to size. The heel is just a bit boxier than I prefer, but the heel height is just right to make me feel a bit dressed up without being uncomfortable. They keep my feet dry and warm in the cold weather and on rainy days. These boots go great with so many outfits which makes them very convenient!
