Bottom and hill need improvement

The bottom needs some improvement, as no pads, which are made very cheap, uncomfortable. Heel is very weak , I exchanged one already as heel got loosened

Chic but cheaply made with a defective heel

I was so excited to wear these heels for my wedding rehearsal dinner as a pop of color, but unfortunately they were a huge disappointment. The very first time I wore them, the heel on the left shoe became loose and couldn't be tightened, making the shoes completely unwearable. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary—just walking and celebrating with family—and I couldn't believe they failed after a single wear. I am left with a pair of shoes that didn't make it through one evening. I expected much better quality and durability coming from this brand I so dearly love. I'm hoping this was just a defective pair, but based on my experience, I can't recommend these heels.

Gorgeous and vibrant

These are gorgeous!! I love how big the bows looks! Very comfortable, easy to walk in. It does make a “flip flop” sound when walking but I don’t mind at all.
