Very poor customer service

Bought this watch from macys online. This watch is automatic and is supised to have a 42 hour reserve time. It dose not it stops in approximately 12 hours. Which means every time i want to wear it ihave to set the time and date. I called customer service a d returned this watch to the store. Customer Service is suposed to be or99 sending me a replacement watch. It has been a week and it has not even been shiped yet .when i called customer and asked why they haven't shipped my replacement they said it was being processed. Not satisfied i will never buy a watch from macys again.
