Odd fit

I loved this dress. However, I had to return it because it was impossible to wear. The neckline did not look like the photo at all. At 5'3" and shortwaisted I am used to necklines being a bit lower than a regular fit. But the V-line on this dress was a good 3-4" below my bra! Do they expect you to wear a cami under it? That would not work with this dress and would look weird. Dang!
