piece of garbage

I washed per instructions and the top is falling apart. I wash all purchased garments before wearing them. The lace is frayed and has threads sticking out and snags all over the top. It looks like an old tope that has been warn many times and not taken care of. Would have not given any stars but the site won't let you submit a review without giving at least 1 star. It isn't even worth 1 star, it is zero. I attempted to up load pix but photos wouldn't upload
