Cheap Fabric

Giving three stars because the dress looks cute on, but the fabric is very cheap feeling and wrinkles really badly. When it arrived, I had to steam it for at least 10 minutes before even trying it on because it was so wrinkled it looked bunched up. As I need this for an event I'm travelling to, and may not have access to a steamer at the hotel, plus think it will look bad by end of evening just from sitting, am likely returning.
