I ordered a black dress not a tropical one. So I had to return it. The wrong dress was sent to me

Never Got the Dress

Dress said it was delivered yet I never received it. Made numerous phone calls to Macys and I usually get to talk to someone overseas. They are difficult to understand, and they keep telling me that the dress is from a 3rd party and they have to wait for their answer. Very upsetting. When I tried to order this dress in the past it's never the black dress in the picture it is a tropical dress that I had to send back 2 times. Terrible customer service and now I am paying for a dress that I never got!
