Horrible fit and no return available

This dress fits terrible and when I went to return it I was 2 days past the return window. Was told if I called customer service they would override it for me. They would not. Missed the return due to travel for the wedding I bought the dress for. That's it for me with Macy's. Loyal customer for years but never again.
