Floppy sleeves but FAB

This is the first time I have ordered City Chic so I was not sure about the sizing but it is generous, the dress is beautiful, elegant, perfect length, flow and I cannot wait to get the smaller size to see if the sleeve issue with the ruffles hanging too much will even out. Maybe I can have them adjusted bc I just love it that much. Yeah for curvy women getting another stylish brand @Macy's to chose from bc there just are not enough hip, no pun intended, lines like City Chic!
