Exceptional Top!

I had to go elsewhere to buy this top to get an appropriate size. I figured I needed a 20W but bought the 22W since the 20W wasn't available and it is not really too big. I think that's because the sash tie can be adjusted. It is a very unusual top by design with tiered sleeves and a surplice front. The fabric is poly/spandex, but is heavy so I can't wear it until the weather cools off. It looks the same on as in the picture and the print is unusual. The sash is long but that may be because I order up a size. The inside front has a piece of fabric sewn across so it can't open up when wearing. Nice all the way around and I will keep it!
