Lack of sufficient sales assistance

Could not get service in the upstairs Ladies section. It was hot and not welcoming. WE brought some of our purchases downstairs, and after waiting in line for about 10 mins. was told no pricing- take back upstairs. With the disappointment apparent, I asked another salesperson for help/she was assisting many other people but .....finally got a mgr. to intercede and look up the items and skus for purchase. Perhaps if you want to remain in physcial retail more assistance should be given along with training for manners with customers-no matter their age. Appreciate the end result- getting the kids the dresses they wanted- while finally being shown consideration as the customer. Thank you
