Dress Runs Small And Shouldn't Be Given 5 Stars

Dress is beautiful and well made, but runs 1-2 sizes too small. Also, I find that all straps are not adjustable. Lower back area, yes. Breast area, not so. It appears that the straps are tied in knots through the loops for the breast area. You may be able to untie them, but I'm returning because of the small size.
