Poor customer service

Macy’s is asking for a feedback though they never shipped dress. Status shows Still processing! I ordered on August 25th. No information from customer service

Ordered August 25th and order is still processing

Horrible service. Will probably cancel order and never order from Macys again. on August 25th and am waiting for order. As of today, September 2nd, order is still pending. However, this dress is still listed for sale in size I purchased! They have not notified me either. I had to look this up on their site. Very poor customer service.
