Such a pretty dress but…

It was a beautiful dress and I was so excited to get it. It arrived on time but unfortunately it was too small. Mind you I had size up for this dress. For reference, I’m 5’3c, 160lbs, little bulky in the waist. Size M/L depending on the clothes and materials. I ordered size XL.This dress has no stretch, it fitted me but a little tight on the waist, restricting arms movement and the material was so itchy, I’m returning it.
