Loft difference?

This pillow’s instructions state it can be used for a variety of sleeping positions by changing the loft. Once the loft has been changed, it doesn’t stay in place. This pillow is very soft with NO firmness at all. Now if additional stuffing came with it, it would absolutely work with any sleeping position. Save your money!!!
