Not good for spots

First of all, this smells like nail polish remover. I got it to cover a couple blemish/red spots. The formula is thin and not good for spots. It is better for overall redness reduction.

With this mascara, I don't need to curl my eyelashes, as it leaves them long and full, and it doesn't irritate my eyes, like other mascaras that cause allergies and a lot of itching.

Wish I could give this NO STARS

This product arrived with a defective pump. Out of the box it just didn't work (and I've used the product before so I know how to work it). I contacted Macy's customer service to return the defective product and obtain a replacement, but they said that since the product was just out of the 30-day return window (I didn't need it immediately) I could not get it replaced. Of course, I understand having a policy with regard to returns that are merely a matter of the consumer's discretion, but this is a different case. The vendor has given me a product that is defective. The vendor has an obligation to provide a usable product that goes beyond a 30-day policy. And I'm more than willing to send them the product so they can see that it is full, unused, and defective. Anyway, I contacted customer service, and they were no help. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was told I was being transferred to a supervisor and then...nothing. I am very disappointed in Macy's; won't shop there anymore.
