This was the 2nd tube I purchased. I like the product but this last tube was so hard, I couldn’t squeeze it out of the tube.

Disappointed

I was so looking forward to this product, but the tube was "frozen/solidified". The only thing that came out of the tube was a few drops of brown liquid. I tried 'warming' it by rubbing the tube between my palms and by running it under warm water. No Luck! What a disappointment.

My direction for use

I agree this product is horrible to peel off when dry. I found making a smooth paste with water first then spreading evenly onto wet skin. I leave it a few seconds then rub off under running water. This method created a huge peel effect without harsh stretching or stress on my skin. A complete layer of dead skin cells is removed.... I use once a week following with applying a retinol night treatment. Magic clear skin resulted and so happy I found a way to love this purchase.
