Soft, silky and comforting. Too bad it doesn't last. I need to reapply it throughout the day.
This formula actually lightens and moisturize the lips at the same time. Best so far. I highly recommend.
I like the texture of this product and the hint of color it has. It’s great for daytime wear or under a lip liner at night. I wish it came in a larger size as it doesn’t stay on that long and I am constantly reapplying it. If you want color with longer staying power use the Clarins lip stain and then use this over it.
Clarins lip oil is amazing and very hydrating. I recommend buying! Has an amazing texture and not sticky. Goes on very smoothly. The comfort lip oils have a very calming and soft affect in your lips. The packaging of the oil is luxurious and ver y aesthetically put together. It’s a 10/10 for me. One of my fav comfort oils is raspberry beautiful light colour and light and not heavy on your lips. Tinted lip gloss. Feels nice, it looks nice! Not sticky & doesnt taste horrid. I have purchased Clarins Lip Comfort Oil since it was first released. I have tried most of the ‘flavours’, but the rasberry and honey is still my favourite.
Honestly love it! I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the Clarins Comfort Lip Oil is. It is a perfect wash of color, glossy and hydrating, and the application wand is so plush. Great dupe for the Dior Lip oil, I might even like the Clarins one better!
I've only just recently purchased and been using the Clarins Lip Comfort Oil and I love it already. It has a gel/oil consistency which feels amazing on the lips, it's very smooth and nourishing. It's thicker than you may expect. To me it feels more like a lip gloss than an oil and I've found it to be a tiny bit sticky but that doesn't really bother me too much. I still love it. This lip oil has a very glossy finish and moisturises like no other! I put it on at night and wake up with plump and soft lips. It contains a blend of three organic plant extracts — sweetbriar rose oil, jojoba oil, and hazelnut oil — which all help to moisturise, protect and plump the lips. Plus it delivers a delicate pop of colour and luminescent shine just like any standard lip gloss would. The only downside for me is that it doesn't last long on my lips. I need to re-apply it quite often if I want my lips to stay shiny. But hey, it's not a gloss after all. It's an oil. It's meant for moisturising not providing glossiness.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved trying this lip oil! I was sceptical at first with the product being called an oil, but it reminded me of all my favourite lip-smacker glosses from the early 2000s. Unlike the lip glosses of my youth, this is a high-quality nourishing product that I absolutely love! It is a thick gloss and genuinely is super nourishing and hydrating. It is a bit sticky but doesn't move or slip like lesser quality glosses. The fruity smell was divine and made this a really fun product to use. I found the tint quite flattering and fairly subtle. So I could layer this over other lip colours. But I really enjoyed using this as an everyday product, for nourishing hydration as well as a bit of glam. Only issue is it is definitely not kissing friendly - so not partner approved.
