L'Outil is a facial massage tool. Its three sides mimic specific gestures utilized in expert facial massage treatments. Made with cooling Zamac, the tool's cold cushion side relaxes facial muscles and releases tension to visibly smooth skin. The crescent moon side recreates the draining and sculpting action of traditional Chinese Gua Sha facial massage. The fingertip side, made of silicone, massages ultra-targeted pressure points to reduce micro-tensions and promote lymphatic drainage.

    • After applying La Crème (sold separately), starting with the fingertip side, apply pressure in circular movements on your chin and above your lips
    • Apply pressure in circular movements starting under your eyes working outward
    • Repeat on the other side
    • Repeat cross the cheeks and over eyebrows
    • Apply pressure in circular movements between the eyebrows
    • Using the crescent moon side, carry out smoothing and draining movements three times starting under eyes toward the ears, three times starting from the mouth toward the ears and three times from the chin toward the ears
    • Repeat on the other side
    • Glide upward over your forehead starting from the eyebrows starting from the center, then on each side of the forehead
    • Glide down the neck, starting on one side and repeating on the other
    • Finish by using the cushion side, gliding one time under the eyes toward the ears, from the nose toward the temples, from the mouth toward the temples and from the chin toward the ears
    • Repeat on the other side
    • Glide upward over the forehead, starting from the eyebrows starting from the center, then on each side of the forehead
    • Glide down the neck, starting on one side and repeating on the other

Helps Tighten face with this Gua Sha

I gentle massage around my chin and neck usually with squalene at least once a week and it helps by using this Gua sha.

Beautiful Facial Massage Tool

While this tool is undeniably beautiful and feels very luxe, I found it less comfortable to use than other gua shas and facial massage tools I’ve tried. The design is elegant, but in practice it doesn’t glide or contour quite as intuitively as some simpler options. I like pairing it with the Lotus Face Treatment Oil and combining gua sha movements with hands-on facial massage techniques, which helps improve slip and overall comfort. Used this way, it is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If budget isn’t a concern, it’s a nice addition to a facial massage routine and looks stunning on a vanity. That said, there are more affordable tools that are easier to use and likely just as effective, if not more so, from a purely functional standpoint.

Questo strumento massaggio e fantastico. Acquistato in profumeria insieme alla crema contorno occhi che adoro. E riacquistato il secondo sul sito di Clarins. La mattina li metto in congelatore per 5 per minuti poi li metto sugli occhi quando sono gonfi. Poi li uso insieme per il massaggio del viso. Li adoro. Adesso uso solo loro.
