Another good Clarins product!

I do like this moisturizer. It feels substantial on my skin but it’s not greasy or heavy. Just a perfect balance of rich and light. Especially like the SPF 15 as a base for my other sunblocks.

Defective Product

For the third time now I received a product in a jar that was not completely filled and missing a cap. I am tired of this narrative: defective products, requests to return and replace them, a waste of my time. I have been a loyal customer for 25 years. Maybe it's time to transition to somebody else?
