Reformulation is horrible. Paying for water

I have been using Clarins products for over 20 years. I believe in spending on a great product to get excellent results. It used to be so. Unfortunately you are not getting these results for the higher prices. Macys hope you are listening to the voices of the customers, as we are feeling robbed. The product is trash. Macys please be transparent and true to us. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the consistency of your product. Please listen to us. Good products leads to excellent ROI.

Just what I was looking for!

I needed to replace toner, as no matter how gentle they were too strong. This is perfect! funny, the thing people did not like was that it was no longer a lotion but more like water. that is what made me decide to buy. I was looking for a refreshing splash after cleaning, just like a toner or even cool water. Now it has only been a day, but all that I wanted is in this bottle. If after time I feel skin needs to be a bit cleaner? I can use toner at night after a day of sunscreen, and Essence in the morning. But today it is perfect for me!
