I ordered my first Mia 2 online; it worked for the first five days then died. I brought it in to my local Macy's and they exchanged it today. Now my new Mia 2 is on its charger--I can't wait to start using it again! In only five days my skin is softer and smoother. My huge pores are smaller in such a short time!! I had no breakouts from using it twice a day from the start; my skin is very oily.

It is definitely worth the money! I love it! I did experience a couple of little break outs here and there the first couple of days but got better right away. I love how my skin feels when I'm putting on my moisturizer after I wash my face with my clarisonic. SO SMOOTH!

Excellent Product
I have always washed my face with my hands or with a washcloth and was not sure I wanted to spend so much on a cleansing brush but after reading so many great reviews, I decided to bite the bullet. I have dry acne prone skin (sounds like an oxymoron, but it's real) and it's fairly sensitive. Somehow this brush is gentle but powerful. My skin feels so smooth to the touch after every use and I know it is the best tool I have ever used to clean my face. I wash my face every morning and every night. The first time I used this brush, it was at night and I had not worn make-up that day - after using it, I looked down to see a dingy brush head! I couldn't believe the leftover makeup it had picked up that I didn't even know was there. Absolutely worth the investment.

It's a good product but definitely overrated. Have been using it for six weeks and have not seen a difference in overall skin clarity ie breakouts.
#1 Cleansing product
I was hesitant to buy any clarisonic products because, let's face it, there expensive! I have combination skin oily and dry as well as acne and acne scars and blackheads. I read reviews on the Mia, Mia 2, Classic and Pro. I spoke to an Ulta associate and asked the differences on them. The Mia has one speed and Mia 2 has two speeds and they are both smaller than the Classic & Pro, which you can use also on your body. I didn't need the Classic or Pro for my body I just wanted one for my face. I ended up with the Mia 2 because of the two speeds. I use the faster speed when I need a deeper cleansing and the slower speed when I use an exfoliating face wash or my face feels sensitive. The clarisonic does not aggravate my skin or hurt it. You can choose a brush for any skin type which is great. Right now I am using the acne brush and bought the deep pore brush as well. I started off with using it every other night for the first two weeks and did not break out from it. I didn't notice a difference at all but did notice that my skin felt smoother and cleaner. After the first two weeks I started using it every night. I would wash my makeup off then use the Mia 2. The clarisonic really helps to clean the face better than just using your hands. I then started to notice that my face broke out less and that my t-zone was less oily and I really felt that my acne medication and moisturizer was able to penetrate my face better. I was able to prove this because after two months my Clarisonic had to be exchanged and for two weeks I did not have it to use. My face broke out a little and my pores looked bigger and I felt that my t-zone was a little shinier earlier in the day then when I used the clarisonic, I did not have that same clean feeling. I don't believe the clarisonic is a miricale worker that will change you in one day or even a month, I think it helps you in penetrating the surface of your face to allow the products you use to do their work better. I actually did notice that a few of my acne scars are lighter. I really started noticing a difference after two months so don't get annoyed or angry if you don't see a difference right away, be patient. As a side note, I did try the Olay brush but found that it broke me out and was a lot harsher on my skin. I would recommend this product to everyone, especially if you have acne, acne scars and blackhead prone skin. It will make a difference and remember everyone is different and everyone's skin is different!
