Not Consistent

This is my 2nd time purchasing this same shoe and color. I returned the first pair due to one of the heels being made poorly. Just got the reorder and this one looks worse than the first pair. I have this same shoe in grey and it's fine, no quality issues. But the blush color which I really liked, can't seem to get a pair where the heel doesn't look like it will come off. Very disappointed. poorly won't be buying from this brand.

May need to size up

Doesn’t fit. I order shoes online often without problem but despite being my size, I couldn’t get my foot in these shoes. My foot is average shape so I’m comfortable ordering shoes without trying them on and usually have success, but these were cut weird.
