MISSING ITEMS

I LOVE these products. I decided to splurge knowing that they were the sample size. I only got 3 items. What a joke.

Missing 4 out of 7 items!

Super disappointed this issue of customers not receiving what they (over)paid for had not been fixed, as my order arrived with only three of the four items. After wasting time w customer service and the robot chat, and then a real person, the issue was not resolved. A refund would only be issued once they received my items back, but I had already tried a product. They also can not reship the correct 7 piece set before I return the three pieces. Ridiculous!

MISSING ITEMS!!!

I ordered this set only for the retinol overnight rescue and that item was MISSING!!! When I tried returning this skincare set at Macy’s, they could not find the barcode or the skincare set in their system! After 30 mins of trying to return, they had to override and manually return my item! I had a very hard time returning!!!

I was shocked

I was really shocked when I open the box: a very small box with a big one outside. There were 3 tiny simples lying inside the small box, is it call 7 set?

I love Clark Botanicals but I just received my order with only 3 items, not the 7 shown, and not any of the items that were in this set.
