Zipper is broken

Comfortable but narrow I order this online for work im a nurse but can't use them the zipper is broken on one and I can't get anyone to help me to make a return or exchange

Great boots!

These Clark boots are great. They are cute, compfy, and made well. Well worth the money, especially if you can get them on sale. Sometimes I need to get a smaller size in Clark shoes, but these boots are true to size.
