Shoe Opening Too Small

The shoes looked very nice, but I found the opening too small. I’m a size 2 Petite with thin feet, but it was uncomfortable trying to squeeze my foot into the shoes. If I were to wear socks with the shoes, they would pull too tightly. Returned them.

Expected a clean product, but was extremely dirty

The shoes themselves look decent. However, I haven't even tried them on because of the condition of the shoes when they arrived. They came with a sticker saying floor model. The inside packaging was extremely wrinkled indicating that the shoes had been in and out of the box a LOT! The shoes on the outside look okay, but the inside of the shoes are very dirty, with dirt, something that looks like wood shavings, and hair that is actually imbedded in the inside padding of the shoe. The sole of the shoes do not appear to have wear damage, but I just cannot bring myself to even try on the shoes with all the filth inside of it. I really expected a clean product and got this instead. Also, it took awhile for the shoes to ship, but did arrive within a few days after shipping. Very disappointed as I expect much better from Macy's.
