Disappointed

I have owned many, many pairs of Clark’s so feel confident ordering online but the shoes are too big even though it’s the same size I have always bought. Didn’t realize til I had worn them to work and scuffed up the bottoms. Held them up to another pair and they are definitely longer and seem too wide. Anyway, they are not comfortable and my arches hurt after wearing them.
