dont buy

this is the worst boots clarks ever created it looks like a worn out with scratches so disappointed in this boots.

Inconsistent sizing for Clarks

Runs small!! I suggest you order a full size up. The boots appear to be nice boots but I ordered the same size as I have in other Clark's and could barely get my foot into the boot. I like Clark's because they tend to run narrow and are of good quality but something's wrong with this model. I'm sending mine back and won't reorder because I expect a full size larger will be too wide for me.

Very comfortable. Not too wide around the ankle.

Super comfortable. This has great traction on the bottom so if you have a long walk from the parking lot into work, through the rain and/or snow, these are great.

Use boots

Macy’s sent me used boots with an awful smell. The smell of some one else house. Yuck !!!

Very comfortable and nice looking

I bought these boots to use during a winter trip to Europe. I was on my feet walking, on the bus, subway, etc all day for 10 days and they were very comfortable

Beware!!!

Macy’s, please stop sending the same pair of boots that were returned for obvious reasons to other customers! I received these boots with marks all over them, as others have stated. No paper in box to separate shoes from each other, and no paper/cardboard inside boots to keep shape. Disappointed! Have to go out of my way to return too!

Beautiful but disappointed

These boots are very beautiful and fit to size....however....we were sent the Floor Sample, which had several scratches across the toes and down one of the sides. I ordered the boots for a wedding we were going to overseas and didn't have enough time to return them and get another pair. I had no idea I was going to be sent a floor sample and would never have ordered them if I had. I'm very upset over that part and very disappointed in Macys. Outside of that, they are a beautiful boot and look really cute on.
