Awful

Never received. I ordered beginning of December, and receivd numerous emails they were on the way. I used the online chat and it ignored my questions and automatically issued a return, which I didn't want. I spoke to another robot chat and was told I had requested a return. Which I did not. I received a message I could keep the boots and I wouldn't have to pay (which I never received the boots in the first place) I finally spoke to a real person who was so confused, he promised expedited service for no cost, and I never did receive the boots nor see them reordered on the site. Awful, awful awful experience. Sad b/c I've had this credit card over 40 years, but this is the 3rd or 4th time this screw up has happend with other orders as well.
