Zipper Broken After Two Uses

I bought these for my husband almost a year ago. He wanted a pair of zipped, light weight, comfortable boots. Clarks shoes are usually good quality and comfortable. The zipper stuck (zips into the fabric underneath) the first time he used them, and the second time. All these months later he pulled them out to wear as the weather is turning cold and rainy. The zipper closed but would not unzip. I mean he tried everything. They will not unzip, even pulling with pliers. Totally worthless boots, worn only twice, and of course they can’t be returned now. I’m giving a 2 rating because at least they were comfortable.

Great shoe without laces!

Great quality. Size ran 1/2 size to big. Plan on putting in sole insert. Good quality zipper

Stylish , Casual, Good fit,

i haven't worn them yet but the size i bought which is a 10 1/2 D (Medium) fits slightly looser than my reg shoes.. This is good because they are boots and i have boot socks (thicker, not the thickest) and they feel just right and they do wear like a boot-ish and not a shoe.. I like them because of the style which looks more like a shoe (casual, Leather) and so they look Casual unlike the Tote Snow boots i have, i don't play in the snow.They seem to be very well made..
