It's Okay.

This shoe is Okay. The leather upper is smooth with some shine although hard . It feels like a cheaply man made material. I'll most likely keep this shoe because I have a small heel and most pumps slip off my heel while walking. The strap across the top helps keep the shoe on my foot. The shoes work for me in that regard. Hopefully the leather will soften to be more comfortable. I am a professional salesperson and will use this shoe for work. Thanks Clarks.

Cute but unfortunately not doable

This shoe is adorable, but the wide is too narrow and the heel feels like it’s going to buckle inwards. I don’t know if it is just the ones I received or a design flaw. I wear a 7.5, but on the narrow shoes I usually go up to an 8 if it works. I got the 7.5w and this shoe fits accurate in length, but wide is like a regular. I already know an 8 will be too big in length to try and make it work.
