Who Sent Out Mismatched Shoes for Delivery?

Received the shoes yesterday and couldn't believe that someone would have put one brand new shoe still wrapped in plastic bag, and a shop-worn, scuffed up shoe to send out. Are you kidding me? Where is quality control? Shoes are going to be returned. So disappointed. This is not the quality I've come to expect.

Run narrow

Although I never need to order wide shoes, I did this time based on the reviews. I’m glad I did because the wide fits perfectly. They are very comfortable and I’m happy with the style and color. Would be 5 stars if it for the sizing discrepancy.

Zero stars

I could not be more disappointed- not in the actual product itself- but I received clogs that were incredibly scuffed and scratched.. I am returning as soon as possible. Where is quality control these days ?
