Winter shoewear

I purchased this item even after I read the reviews on the issue with putting them on. That is correct - they are hard to slip into! However, once on, they are very comfortable and keep my feet warm.

Never received the shoes I ordered.

This shoes never came to me. I called to say that Macy’s sent the wrong shoe to me but I got a customer service person who speak like if she was program. Very disappointed, with Macy, the customer service person and of never receiving this shoes.

Very sad - No Arch Support

I'm a fan of Clark's but was disappointed that these booties lacked arch support which I find in their causual slip ons. The only reason for my purchase (plus the sale). Their sole and interiour design are too flat that it didn't make them comfortable to walk in for me. 😞 But will say the only upside was that they are very warm for really cold days and easy to slide on and off.

Comfy and warm

Like any other boots and sneakers, I need a half size bigger so I can wear thicker socks. The boots are surprisingly comfortable with just enough toe room for me. No heel slippage for my narrow heels. I have no difficulty putting them on either. Fuzzy lining keeps my feet warm. Arch support is not the best but I don’t expect too much from them. I think you have to find the right socks to make the boots work for you and these boots are beyond my expectations.

Quality, comfort, style

These are excellent boots. Warm, very comfortable, and great quality. They run a half size small. I always wear a 6.5 but in these boots I fit size 7.
