Clarks sizing smaller?

The booties are beautiful, however, I find the sizing smaller than other brands. My normal size 6/6.5 is very tight in the 6.5 I bought. Will wear with very thin socks.

Clark’s Booties

Nice looking bootie but runs very small - I bought 1/2 size bigger expecting to wear heavy socks and struggled to get them on barefoot; very difficult to get on/off because of the size but also but also the style - doesn’t offer any flexibility to get your foot in. Once on, it has the usual comfortable support that Clark’s always provides but just squeezes my foot way too tight, I would not consider trying a larger size because of the difficulty getting the shoe on
