Don't Bother-You Won't Get the Order or Your Money

I wish I would've received the shoes to try them. I do not know what the problem is with Macy's but they have lost control of their customer service, shipping process, and credit card process. I was charged for this and another pair but never received them. Customer service processed a credit but today I received a letter that they are disputing the credit! As soon as I get the account to zero, I will be closing my account; never to open it again. I can not shop our local store because it is beyond disgusting (I've been calling, emailing, and sending photos for 24 years!!) Now it's over run with gangs and isn't safe to go in person. This is the last straw. I will take ALL of my business else where.
