Four star sandals

This pair replaced an older one that I had -- the navy blue fabric straps are not the same, and I don't like them as much as the earlier ones.

Quality Control Lacking

I have three pairs of the Arla Gibson style that are at least five years old (size 6M, US). The fabric straps have stretched and no longer hold my feet securely, so I decided to begin replacing them one pair at a time when they are on sale. The new gray pair arrived, and the left shoe's straps are considerably tighter than the right shoe's straps. I will have to return them. The size is correct, but the left shoe's fabric straps are much too tight; this has not been a problem in the past. (My feet do not swell and are the same size. A size 7 would be too long.) The Arla Gibson Cloudsteppers have fit comfortably and have been the only style I have worn for many years. It seems, though, that Clarks' quality control has declined in the last two years, coupled with use of inferior materials. (I have found this to be true with other Clarks' shoes I have bought this year, including espadrilles which are now made of plastic rather than fabric.)

So Comfortable

This is my second pair. They are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever worn. They are hard to find since I think they are an older style. Clarks need to bring them back. Much more comfortable then their current style.

Very Comfortable

I ordered these shoes 28 June 2025 and received them on 1 July - quick delivery. They are so very comfortable. Wearing them feels like walking on clouds. The thong part of the shoes are so soft. I almost can't feel them between my toes. The shoes are casual enough to wear with shorts or jeans, and dressy enough to wear with a sundress or jumpsuit. I'm quite sure these shoes will be my go-to shoes for the summer. Get yourself a pair and see for yourself.

Comfortable, like walking on clouds!

I love Clark’s Cloudstepper sandals. I have a small foot, that just makes it into a size 5 shoe. These size 5’s are perfect. I have 8 pair of Cloudsteppers. A couple are duplicates because I’m afraid I won’t find them in the future.
