Did not fit and has to return

I am quite disappointed. The main issue was with the size; the item was too large on me and required opening additional holes in the strap to adjust and achieve a tighter fit. Despite creating four extra holes, the strap continued to slip, making it difficult to secure properly. I typically wear a size 7. I will be returning the item, as I believe the same fitting issue may occur again. On a positive note, the shoes were very comfortable and the style was attractive.

Run Big

These shoes run big. I need half size smaller. The color is a beautiful neutral. I can't speak for the comfort as they are too big

Given Worn Pair

Low quality. I am very disappointed in Macy’s for sending a pair with a loose strap. It was obviously previously worn and stretched. Be cautious before buying from this store.
