Arrived damaged and not very comfortable

Very uncomfortable

Terrible shoe. Bruised feet was the result. I wish I could return it.

Comfortable shoes but came damaged

I bought these shoes and my normal size were too large so I exchanged them. The second pair came damaged. All of the sides were scuffed up and fading, and there were wrinkles where someone had clearly been wearing them before sending them back. Unable to return so requested refund, and was told no refund without returning. Comfortable and professional shoe, but TERRIBLE customer care

Yes, they do, and these are it. I'm a 200+ lb woman in her 40s (also have the flat, wide feet of my South Asian ancestors) who has just gotten into finding better heels. I tried heels in various brands, including Lifestride and Naturalizer, but they all hurt though I don't have to walk more than 2,000 steps a day at my desk job. These feel comfortable and also truly look sophisticated and stylish. I wish they came in more shades!
