Item still has not arrived

This item still has not been delivered. The online tracking system is cumbersome to navigate, and it is impossible to speak with a live representative via phone--text only. I am assured that the item will arrive, but its predicted arrival is one week later than it was promised when I ordered. :(

Wonderful shoes

Love these shoes. Very comfortable. Even though I usually wear a size 9, I had to get a 9.5 in these shoes. I was in the store so I was able to try them on. They look great.

Very versatile

I wear a size 9M. These shoes fit me true to size. I appreciate the fact thatcI can wear them with a dress, skirt or slacks. We'll made and attractive. They are comfortable enough to wear all day due to the raised soul.

So comfy and stylish!

I have loafers from designer labels but couldn't find my size in a burgundy loafer from them so I ordered these from Clarks. I wasn't planning on being so impressed with the quality an look of the loafer, but they look amazing! Also, they were comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 in shoes. I bought these in 9.5 and the fit is perfect with a pair of thin socks.
