Has black marks throughout

This piece is beautiful, however has several indented black marks in middle of the platter

Porcelain tray with beaded border.

The tray was broken and badly made. We'll never buy this company's products again. It was broken, but upon close observance, I found this manufacturer's defect that I have circled in blue.
