Like the product but it is Not a platter

It's labeled as a platter but Macy's doesn't give you a size in its description. The box comes with a label which describes it as a " 9.5 " flower plate". It's pretty but definitely disappointing since I expected a "platter". Would have saved me time and disappointment if Macy's had just described it as a plate or had given me a size in its description
