It's a ricer

You use it to rice your potatoes for gnocchi or egg yolks for deviled eggs. It creates small bits like rice grains to make lovely smooth items for your meals.

Useless with no instructions, light weight, flimsy

This is useless. No instructions included, nothing included. I do not know how to use it or what it can be used for. It is so lightweight it can't be used in my opinion. It would turn over or just slide around.
