Questionable design

The back on the earrings was soooo tight it felt like I would bend the wings on the earrings trying to get the back on. I returned them.

Long shipping times, beautiful earrings

I absolutely loved the earrings — they were beautiful and clearly good quality. I'm very happy with the product itself. However, the shipping experience was awful. It took almost two weeks for my order to arrive, which is completely unacceptable in this day and age. The wait was long and frustrating. As much as I love the earrings, I’m seriously reconsidering ordering from Macy’s again because of this. Please improve your shipping!
